Hannibal.

4 Oct

It’s called America’s Hometown and the place that Samuel Clemens (better known as Mark Twain) grew up. There is a quaint downtown, homes built over a hundred years ago and a whole lot of history.

It’s also apparently extremely haunted.

Instead of making a flying trip to the far side of Missouri on Saturday for my brother’s football game, the fam headed to Hannibal, MO on Friday. We ate lunch in a little diner, walked through an antique store owned by a 92 year old woman and took a tour of the town via trolley all while getting the history and ghost stories of the area.

More pictures to come.
