The Baker

I have taken up baking. I’m finding this is a bit of an art. Just a little too much of something and you’ve got a brick instead of a cake.

But I’m learning. Slowly. It’s a lot of trial and error, this baking from scratch thing.

For Father’s Day I made a chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream. The cake was okay. The buttercream… holy artery clogging deliciousness.
